I am in charge of exposing your property to the most people possible. I am paid to market your house to potential buyers. How will I do that?
1. Take high quality pictures and videos of your property. Describe each picture and explain the best features of your home. I will identify what the best selling features of your home are and make sure that is the first thing people see when your home is marketed.
2. REALTOR.COM advanced placement. Do you get excited about a house if there are only a few pictures and no other infomation when you see a house for sale online? Over half the agents in Columbus don't pay for upgraded placement.
3. Online advertising. I am putting over $1000 per month in online advertising of my listings. Over 90% of buyers start their home search online. My advertising has accounted for faster sales and more activity on all my listings. Sometimes the difference between a 6 month listing time and 2 month sale is how well your house is advertised online.
4. Just listed cards. I send out just listed cards to the closest 300 houses or apartments that I think will have a buyer for your property.
5. Email campaigns. I will send out your listing to my buyer address book of more than 1500 active emails.
6. Social Media. I will post to Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and my blog on Wordpress that I have a new listing available.
